FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for reconstruction of an acetabulum defect. Affected area is resected and the area is covered by a biosynthetic non-resorbable mesh. Grid size is larger than defect area size with mesh edges output beyond cotyloid defect boundaries. Fixation of mesh is performed by anchor screws directly to femoral bone of small trochanter and cotyloid cavity proper, wherein suturing of the mesh to local tissues with plasty of tailor, straight and adductor hip muscles by moving them into the defect area is carried out with threads that are attached to the anchor screws.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of infectious complications, reducing indications for endoprosthesis replacement.
