SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in oncology for resection and reconstruction of pelvic bones making up the roof of the cotyloid cavity. Determining the boundaries of the acetabular defect, resection of the affected area, covering the formed cotyloid defect with a biosynthetic non-resorbable mesh and fixing it with fastening screws. Bone resection of the involved area and installation of fastening screws are performed through guide slots and holes of individually made templates fixed on pelvic bones with additional fasteners. Fastening screws fixing the biosynthetic non-resorbable mesh are left with the heads protruding from the sawdust surface, which are connected, entangling them with a cerclage wire, thus creating a reinforcing frame covering the biosynthetic non-resorbable mesh. Reinforcing frame is filled with bone cement based on polymethyl methacrylate or bone-replacing osteointegrative material. Formation of the dome-shaped cotyloid cavity is performed by performing passive movements of the femoral head before the process of polymerization of the bone cement material. Pins are used as additional fasteners, cannulated screws are used as fastening screws. Cannulated screws are inserted on the pre-installed pins.

EFFECT: method provides achieving high functional results due to accuracy and radicality of pelvic bone resection and maximum preservation of proper hip joint structures during its reconstruction.
