FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, oncology in resection of pelvic bones in connection with primary and metastatic tumours, as well as in traumatology and orthopedics. Acetabulum defect is covered by biosynthetic non-resorbable mesh, whose size corresponds to defect area. Layer of bone cement is applied on mesh, which after its hardening is covered with the second layer of mesh. Edges of both mesh layers are sewn to edges of acetabulum defect and construction is covered with rectus muscle of abdomen, Transferred from affection side, by its adaptation into defect area.
EFFECT: method prevents post-operational complications.
