FIELD: antenna equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave oscillation transceiver devices intended for operation in an active phased array antenna (APAA). Radioelectronic assemblies of the transceiver module are installed on both sides on the heat-removing base. N transceiver channels with solid-state power amplifiers in the transmitting part of each channel, as well as a control and digital signal processing module are installed in the housing of the transceiver module. Number of heat pipes in the heat-removing base is determined by the number of N channels. N antenna elements are mounted on the front panel of the transceiver module housing and each antenna element is connected by a communication line of minimum length to one of the transceiver channels, establishing distance between antenna elements depending on required sector of scanning of beam pattern of transceiver module, and the dimensions of the front panel of the transceiver module are made taking into account the possibility of forming the antenna array by installing several TMs tightly with each other while maintaining the distance between the antenna elements in the antenna array. Size of the heat sink is set so that electrical connectors can be placed on the rear surface of the housing of the transceiver module.

EFFECT: reduced size of transceiver module and reduced losses of transmitted and received signals.
