FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing equipment and can be used in testing materials for friction and wear, as well as for determining friction coefficients in sliding pairs during reciprocating motion. Proposed plant comprises base, mechanism of relative movement of specimen and counter-sample clamps, sample loading system composed of hydraulic cylinder with rod coupled with first sample gripper and hydraulic unit. Relative movement mechanism of the grippers includes a forward stroke unit and a reverse stroke unit. Forward stroke unit includes a forward stroke hydraulic cylinder, which includes a forward stroke rod, on the free end of which there is a clamp of counter-samples, as well as a position sensor and a position sensor switch. Reverse stroke unit includes a reverse stroke hydraulic cylinder, which includes a back stroke rod, on the free end of which there is a clamp of counter-samples, as well as a position sensor and a position sensor switch. Sample loading system additionally comprises a screw mechanism, on the free end of which the second sample grip is fixed.
EFFECT: broader capabilities for creating conditions for testing samples of polymer materials, maximally close to actual conditions of their operation with significant compressive loads and reciprocating movement, for example in support parts of bridges.
