FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to testing equipment, to friction tests of material specimens. Plant for friction test of specimens at two-dimensional stressed state includes base, specimen and counterspecimen grippers installed on it, arc-shaped guide with platform arranged on it, drive for platform movement along the guide, loading mechanism installed on the guide and made in the form of hydraulic cylinder the stock of which is connected to specimen gripper, mechanism of relative movement of grippers, which is installed on platform and made in the form of hydraulic cylinder the stock of which is connected to specimen gripper, and pressure source interconnected with cavities of hydraulic cylinders. At that, arc-shaped guide is made with possibility of angular turn and has drive for implementing the above turn.

EFFECT: increasing the amount of information by providing tests at synchronous change of direction of pressing and shearing forces relative to shear plane.
