SUBSTANCE: device relating to aerosol balloons for dosed discharge of material through a multiple-fill cartridge includes a container, in which there is a volume for arrangement of a multiple-filled cartridge. Container has cover, which together with container forms body for arrangement of cartridge filled with multiple times. Container includes outlet channel and channel for transfer of material from cartridge to outlet channel, and button for control of material flow from cartridge. Cartridge includes compressed gas and material separated by force transfer device consisting of two cones. Cartridge includes a first end, in which there is a collector for inlet and outlet of material, and a second end, in which there is a channel for inlet of compressed gas. Inner wall of the cartridge is subject to additional selective processing consisting in reduction of roughness of the surface layer of the inner wall of the cartridge and changing physical characteristics of the boundary layer at the interface between the fluid medium and the inner surface of the cartridge. Additional selective treatment is polishing, or priming, or application of agent in form of lubricant, or application of agent in form of anti-adhesive agent based on silicone, or application of agent in form of epoxy coating, or application of thermal grease, or application of material based on glycerine, or application of dielectric lubricant, or application of structure repulsing fluid medium.

EFFECT: invention provides dosed output of viscous and thick media and can be reused.
