FIELD: materials handling facilities; hermetically sealed device for delivering of metered out amounts of viscous materials. SUBSTANCE: viscous materials dispenser has pressure cylinder with hemispherical upper part, inlet hole for inert gas and hemispherical bottom with hole to take in and discharge viscous material. Float which builds up pressure has ballast-loaded lower part of housing and upper part of housing. Lower and upper parts of housing are connected through round-section border zone. Diameter of zone is smaller than diameter of cylinder. Float "float" in cylinder filled with viscous material. Viscous material, under action of gas pressure, forms sealing layer between intermediate area of float and inner walls of pressure cylinder. Ribs radially projecting from intermediate area create float pressure and preclude scraping off of viscous material from side walls of cylinder by intermediate area of float. EFFECT: provision of long and reliable operation of dispenser, complete discharge of viscous material, possibility of repeated filling in and emptying without necessity of cleaning the apparatus. 17 cl, 6 dwg
