SUBSTANCE: one of the objects of the present invention is a dispenser for dispensing a fluid material, for example a sunscreen lotion, having a resiliently deformable body enclosing a closed space with a plastic bag containing a fluid substance, optionally included in it. There is also an outlet element having at least one outlet opening, as well as at least one valve regulating the flow from the closed space or plastic bag through the outlet hole. Housing is designed so that the threshold deformation value of the housing enables to push fluid material from the closed housing through the outlet opening or increase pressure in the closed space, acting on the plastic bag in a sufficient degree, so that fluid substance is pushed out from plastic bag through outlet hole. It is preferable that the dispenser according to the present invention ensures creation of an overall isobaric medium uniformly acting on the plastic bag.

EFFECT: this provides more uniform application of pressure and more complete removal of contents of optionally present plastic packet.
