FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transfer box with variable asymmetry. Transfer box comprises transfer housing (1), input shaft (2) rigidly connected with symmetrical differential (3), planetary mechanism (8). Symmetrical differential (3) includes differential housing with satellites (4), rear shaft (5) gear, front shaft (6) gear, friction clutch (7). In planetary gear (8), small sun gear of planetary mechanism (9) is rigidly connected with gear of front shaft (6), larger gear of planetary gear (11) is connected with rear shaft (5) gear via friction clutch (12), which in turn are interconnected by a set of satellites (10), and are also interconnected with crown gear (13), transmitting power through outer engagement to shaft-gear of output front shaft (14). To adjust moment along axes friction coupling (7) and friction clutch (12) are provided. Friction coupling (7) is intended to create increased friction between housing of differential with satellites (4) and gear of front shaft (6). Friction coupling (12) is designed to increase power output shaft-output front shaft (14).
EFFECT: higher power at the front drive axle, as well as higher torque on any driving axle, having the greatest engagement.
