FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy-saturated materials, including explosive materials of mixed type. Material contains two components which are not explosive in an individual form: a combustible component – graphite and an oxidizing component – lithium nitrate. Components are taken in ratio close to stoichiometric, namely C – 20–22 wt%, LiNO3 – 80–78 wt%. Explosive material is produced by injection technology mixing fuel with oxidant melt at temperature slightly higher than oxidant melting. Obtained material has the following characteristics: density – 2.4⋅103 kg/m3, heat of explosive conversion – 9,750 kJ/kg (2,330 kcal/kg), detonation rate – 12,500 m/s, detonation pressure – 93.75⋅109 Pa (937.5⋅103 atm), which significantly exceed characteristics of currently existing individual blasting explosives and mixed compounds. Safety parameters of manufacture and use do not exceed the level of existing explosive materials.

EFFECT: disclosed is energy-saturated explosive material.
