SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to decorative facing coatings, in particular to floor or wall coverings, which have a low volatile organic compounds (VOC) emission, and contain one or more adjacent layers of plasticized polyvinyl chloride and the upper polyurethane layer. This top layer is obtained as a result of irradiation with actinic radiation of an aqueous ethylenically unsaturated polyurethane dispersion after evaporation of the aqueous part. Decorative lining coatings contain mechanically embossed textured and/or a patterned structure.
EFFECT: decorative coatings with low VOC emissions are proposed.
