FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to forecast of local interval of possible transverse deformation of casing strings in salt-bearing part of geological section. Essence of invention: detection in geological section, opened well, of rheologically unstable formations of potassium salts in base or middle part of local saliferous halite formation, above and below dolomite covered with interlayers, and assigning the common interval of the potassium and rock salts discovered by the well into the potentially dangerous zone of probable crushing of the casing strings.

EFFECT: technological reliability of performed works on well drilling and further development of oil and gas deposit in subsalt deposits of the Siberian platform south.
