SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic reed musical instruments and can be used in chromatic, diatonic and pentatonic pneumatic keyboard musical instruments, as well as in valve pneumatic musical instruments. In the method of extracting sound in a pneumatic reed musical instrument, comprising creation of a directed air jet, impact of the jet on the tongue of the voice plate and formation of a sound wave from the oscillation of the tab, according to the present invention, additionally form a sound wave from oscillation of the frame of the voice plate, on which the tab is installed. To implement the described method, the voice bar comprises a frame with a through opening, a tab fixed on one of the frame surfaces on one side of the opening and configured to deflect into the frame opening with minimum clearance between the tongue edges and the opening walls, and a flexible valve mounted on another surface of the frame with possibility of covering the opening, wherein the voice bar is equipped with a sound conductor from vibrations of the frame, on which a tab is fixed, wherein the sound conductor with one side is attached to the frame, and the other side – to the resonator of the sound-forming device.
EFFECT: invention increases sound strength and changes its tone by adding to traditionally extracted sound from oscillation of tongue of sound from oscillation of frame of voice plate, on which tab is installed.
