SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for prevention and treatment in children of mucositis of the oral mucosa induced by chemotherapy. Simultaneously with laser therapy combined exposure to pulsating red light, pulsed infrared radiation and constant magnetic field. Said types of exposure are carried out by applying an emitter of at least one RICTA ESMIL 1A device with pulse power of laser radiation of not less than 4 W in mode with pulse repetition frequency of 50 Hz on skin above large vessels with provision of light spot area of not less than 4 cm². Duration of the exposure session for children from 2 to 7 years is 10 minutes with simultaneous exposure of two radiators, and during a session with one radiator – 20 minutes. Duration of the exposure session for children aged 8 to 18 years with simultaneous exposure to two radiators is 15 minutes, and during a session with one radiator – 30 minutes. Children from 2 to 7 years of age are 2-3 sessions, and children from 8 to 18 years old – 3-4 sessions. Sessions are performed once a day regardless of children's age.

EFFECT: method provides higher prevention effectiveness and reduced length of mucositis treatment due to combined action of laser radiation, pulsed red light, pulsed infrared radiation and constant magnetic field.
