SUBSTANCE: detecting 6 most significant risk factors. Each risk factor is assigned points: application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation - 10 points, intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation - 6 points, multifocal atherosclerosis - 3 points, atrial fibrillation - 5 points, the development of intra- and postoperative myocardial infarction - 4 points, performing the reexploration in the patients without extracorporeal membrane oxygenation - 7 points. Points are calculated. Probability of developing abdominal complications is determined.
EFFECT: method enables predicting a risk of developing early abdominal complications following a coronary artery bypass in cardiopulmonary by evaluating a complex of the most significant risk factors.
