SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cardiology, and concerns the prediction of the risk of complications in the early hospital period after coronary shunting in conditions of artificial circulation. For this, the values of markers of renal damage, such as cystatin C (X_CA, mg/l), lipocalin, gelatase-associated neutrophils – NGAL (X_NGAL, ng/ml), microalbumin (X_MA, mg/day), interleukin-18 – IL-18 (X_L-18, pg/ml) and kidney damage molecules of type 1 – KIM-1 (X_KIM-1, ng/ml). After that, calculate the integral index of kidney damage according to the corresponding formula.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy of predicting the risk of complications in this group of patients by building a mathematical model that takes into account changes in markers of kidney damage for each particular patient.
