SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to steering mechanism 302 for vehicle 300, vehicle and method of controlling vehicle. Steering mechanism 302 comprises linear drive 304 with at least one movable element 308 in form of toothed rack. Toothed rack is configured to locate spindle 912 and move substantially along vehicle lengthwise axis 306 by rotary motion of spindle 912 and can be attached to steering rod 310 of vehicle 300.
EFFECT: providing transfer of forces between drive device and movable element without losses and wear.
