METHOD OF DISPERSING FILAMENTARY NANOSTRUCTURES Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC B01J3/00 B01J13/00 B01J19/10 B82B3/00 B82Y40/00

Abstract RU 2839965 C2

FIELD: nanotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of dispersing filamentary nanostructures, in which a liquid dispersion medium in the form of liquid carbon dioxide and nanopowder from aggregated and agglomerated nanostructures is fed into the first reaction zone. Liquid dispersion medium is heated until it is transferred to the state of supercritical fluid. Obtained mixture is exposed to ultrasound, then it is cooled, transferring the dispersion medium from the supercritical fluid state into the liquid state, heating the second reaction zone to a temperature above the boiling point of the dispersion medium, creating the necessary negative pressure therein by pumping carbon dioxide gas, after which the obtained mixture from the first reaction zone is instantly fed into the second reaction zone.

EFFECT: use of the method increases efficiency of action on nanomaterial, which enables to carry out at least quality preparation thereof for further dispersion steps using existing technologies.
