FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: hydro-thermal power plant of negative temperatures with centrifugal energy-storage drive relates to power plants operating at cold energy. Hydraulic station has two units. TU is a thermal unit where a boiler is used, which generates water heating due to volumetric heating of water spiral in boiler and its length, providing and heating and water circulation and use of volumetric boilers for use of hot water supply with application of pumps and system of automatic control and regulation of water supply. CETU - conversion electrotechnical unit has a section for preparation of working water, which contains a container of cold water with a suspended cooler, which mixes working water and cools it to the required level of cooling (until crystallisation), providing shorter working cycle of operation, and dispenser, which distributes volume of water into power cylinders due to control and automation system. CETU includes power cylinders arranged on cylindrical support with condition of movement into ice removal zone, water filling and working zone due to drive. Power cylinders are connected by power lever drive with working gear having connection with flywheels. Torque is transmitted via turn lock to soft coupling, to energy compensator and flywheels interconnected by power shaft, and via clutch with generator reduction gear. Power of generator is distributed between electric power, which is directed to heaters, capacitor unit and for charging of accumulators. When the generator rpm is stopped and decreased, compensation is ensured by a capacitor plant and a storage battery providing independent electric power supply of automation and operation of drives for cooling of working cylinders. Top surface of cylinder is corrugated for improvement of cooling. For accumulation of cold air, a piston pump with a storage container is applicable. Ice is removed by working trolley into storage area.
EFFECT: use of cold energy is the main condition of ecologically clean type of energy.
