FIELD: generation of power.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. The wind engine comprises a horizontal shaft, a conical air flow guide, and hubs of different levels, whereon vanes are evenly placed. The vanes have an aerodynamic shape. A conical guide and a hub of the first level are attached to the horizontal shaft. The horizontal shaft, by means of transmission bearings, through a rotary head with an orientation mechanism and a sleeve, is connected with the shaft of the inverted generator, on the body whereof a hub of the second level is secured and, in the presence of radial and connecting rods, aerodynamic vanes of the second level are evenly placed. Units and parts of the first level belong to the first wind turbine of the wind engine, and units and parts of the second level belong to the second wind turbine, rotating in opposite directions. The output voltage of the inverted generator, via an electronic reducer gearbox and a charging current regulator, is connected to an accumulator block. A network inverter is connected to the output of the latter. A control substation provides a charging current level maintaining the consistency of the set speed coefficient of the edges of the vanes λ for each of the wind turbines.
