FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: technological module for mixing technogenic fibrous materials consists of successively installed vertical 1 and horizontal 7 mixers with blades. The blades of the vertical mixer 4 are made with double-threaded helical ones, in the form of helicoidal surfaces of a unidirectional approach towards the unloading of the material. Blades 11, 13 of the horizontal mixer in the loading and unloading part are made with single-threaded screw unidirectional towards the unloading of the material. Between them are installed oppositely directed two-blade screw blades 12. The horizontal mixer 7 comprises a unit for mechanical pre-compaction of the mixture, represented by an outer and inner cones made by two-cone ones. The method of mixing technogenic fibrous materials involves mixing with an organic binder, steam humidification and mechanical compaction of the mixture. Mixing is carried out in two stages. In the first stage, turbulent-gyration mixing takes place. In the second stage, recirculation is carried out with steam humidification.

EFFECT: mixing technogenic fibrous materials with different physical and mechanical characteristics and improving the quality of the mixture by stepwise high-speed mixing of the mixture with the organization of internal recycling at each stage of their mixing and successively increasing its density through mechanical pre-sealing.
