Aerosol-generating article (302) comprises medicinal agent source (18), volatile delivery improving compound source (22), and at least one brittle baffle (308, 310), a sealing drug source (18) and a volatile delivery improving compound source (22). Aerosol-generating system (300) also comprises tear-off portion (318, 320) forming a portion of aerosol-generating device (70) or aerosol-generating article (302), wherein aerosol-generating system (300) is configured to provide a relative sliding motion between rupturing portion (318, 320) and at least one brittle baffle (308, 310) for breaking at least one brittle baffle (308, 310).

EFFECT: disclosed is an aerosol-generating system comprising a tearing portion.
