SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the reusable aerosol generating system. Aerosol generating system comprises having the first portion and the second portion housing, the housing comprises the air inlet opening; source of nicotine; source of the delivery accelerating volatile compound; and the air outlet opening, wherein the housing first part and the housing second part can move relative to each other between open position, in which the nicotine source and the source of the volatile delivery accelerating compound are both in fluid communication with the air flow path through the housing between the air inlet opening and the air outlet opening, and the closed position, in which both the air flow path through the housing between the air inlet opening and the air outlet opening is obstructed, or the nicotine source and the source of the volatile delivery accelerating compound, both are not in the fluid communication with the air flow path through the housing between the air inlet opening and the air outlet opening, or both.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the improvement of the aerosol generating system.
