SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping units for pumping water into injection wells in reservoir pressure maintenance system, and can also be used to raise pressure in main oil pipelines and water ducts. Horizontal pump unit includes inlet branch pipe, hydraulic protection with flow channels, valve electric motor with tubular shaft, which is kinematically connected by means of splined coupling with pump shaft. Flow channels in the hydraulic protection hydraulically communicate the inlet branch pipe with the tubular shaft, the other end of which is interconnected via the holes in the splined coupling with the pump.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the design of a horizontal pump unit, improving its reliability, ease of installation and maintenance.
