SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for treating vesicovaginal fistulas. That is ensured by producing autologous plasma from whole blood. Activating plasma by freezing it at t -80 °C with subsequent defrosting in water bath and addition of 10 % CaCl₂ solution in ratio 10:1, respectively. Posterior biopsy of the anterior opening of the vesicovaginal fistula is applied, and histological examination of tissue samples is performed. That is followed by a polyfocal sacrificing of the plasma produced by parasitic tissues once week 4-5 times. Histological examination of an edge of an external opening of the vesicovaginal fistula is repeated. At the second stage, one week after the therapeutic course, fistuloplasty is performed.

EFFECT: method provides improved results of surgical treatment, reduced risk of recurrence by achieving widespread vascularisation of vaginal and bladder walls, enhanced regenerative processes in the area of the surgical wound, improving tissue healing, achieving the fastest granulation and wound epithelization, stimulating the start-up and developing the cascade of inflammatory and pro-inflammatory reactions in the surgical area.
