SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and concerns protection and restoration of spermatogenesis in surgical interventions on a testicle, epididymis, a seed canal. That is ensured by introducing an autologous plasma enriched with thrombocytes (PRP). PRP introduction is performed intraoperatively in the spermatic cord, inguinal space, subcutaneous fat during operation on the spermatic cord. During operations on the testicle with opening of the gall bladder, PRP injections are performed directly into the testis and between the parietal and visceral leaves of the vaginal testis shell. During operations on the testicle without opening of the gallbladder or testicular epididymis, PRP injections are performed between the parietal and visceral leaves of the vaginal testis shell.

EFFECT: method provides effective recovery of spermatogenesis by reducing oxidative stress factors, reducing inflammation and stimulating reparative processes with no side effects.
