FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for treating thin endometrium. Hormone replacement therapy is prescribed on the 3rd day of the menstrual cycle. Then, on the 10th day of the menstrual cycle, an ultrasonic examination is performed using a transvaginal sensor in order to specify the endometrial thickness, and if the endometrial thickness is less than 7 mm, submucosal injection of autologous plasma, preliminarily prepared on the day of the procedure, is performed. For this purpose, autologous platelet-enriched plasma is injected into the endometrium of the patient during hysteroscopy using the claimed needle, wherein injections in a volume of 0.5 ml are made over the entire area of the uterine cavity at a distance of 5 mm from each other. Control ultrasonography is performed after 72 hours. Then, on the 16th day of the cycle, micronised progesterone is prescribed at a dose of 600 mm, and on the 5th day from the beginning of administration of the progesterone agent, the embryo is transferred into the uterine cavity at the blastocyst stage. The needle for implementation of the method has a length of 330 to 340 mm, and the diameter corresponds to the diameter of the channel of the hysteroscope. The needle is equipped with a locking element for preventing leakage of plasma from the endometrium and a catheter for injecting plasma through a syringe, the end of the needle is made narrowed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a local effect improving the growth and qualitative characteristics of the endometrium, and allows for painless introduction of autologous platelet-enriched plasma into the endometrium due to the combination of substantial features of the claimed invention.
