METHOD OF PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF CERVICAL STENOSIS AFTER SURGICAL TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B17/42 A61M5/00 A61K35/10 A61P15/00

Abstract RU 2797111 C2

FIELD: medicine; gynecology; oncology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment and prevention of cervical stenosis in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and microinvasive cervical cancer after cone resection (conization) of the cervix. 28 days after surgery on the cervix, 2 ml of hemopreservative with sodium citrate is drawn into a 20 ml syringe, then 13 ml of the patient's blood is taken into the same syringe, the blood and hemopreservative are mixed, the resulting mixture is injected into a test tube and centrifugation is performed in the mode of 3,500 rpm for 8 minutes, then a targeted sampling of a layer of plasma enriched with platelets — 0.5 ml is performed into a sterile syringe, after which an echogenic spinal needle with a cut thickness of 25G and a length of 80 mm is attached to the syringe, which is inserted under ultrasound control into the cervical channel, then visualization of the echogenic needle in the cervical canal is performed and the point injection of autologous plasma is carried out along the entire circumference and length of the cervical canal.

EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to implement a systematic approach to solving an urgent obstetric and gynecological problem — the prevention and treatment of post-surgical stenosis of the cervical canal and creates conditions for the successful implementation of oncological tasks — early diagnosis of cervical neoplastic processes.
