FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for formation of reservoir rectal anastomosis in surgical treatment of familial adenomatosis. Enteric reservoir is formed with preservation of a distal part of a rectum after removal of a large intestine. When forming the anastomosis, the peripheral edges of the staple suture of the stump of the rectus are sutured together by means of a separate nodular suture, tightening the suturing zone to the extended stock of the circular suturing apparatus and engaging the resection area.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of purulent-septic complications.
