SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the measurement equipment. Hydrostatic video processor contains a horizontal and human pulse shaper, to the input of which is fed a television video signal containing images of light sources located on segments of lines parallel to the television lines of the video frame, amplitude comparator, line pulse counter and microcontroller. In this case, the microcontroller’s comparator serves as the amplitude comparator, the input of which is connected to the input of the horizontal and vertical pulses shaper, and one microcontroller counter-timer serves as a horizontal pulse counter, the input of which is connected to the output of the horizontal pulses of the horizontal and vertical pulse shaper, and the output of the vertical pulses of the horizontal and vertical pulse shaper is connected to the input of another counter-timer of the microcontroller.

EFFECT: simplification of the hydrostatic level video processor circuit.
