FIELD: filtering materials testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for testing filtering, coagulating, separating materials and elements of fuel purification means and can be used at enterprises for the production of petroleum product purification means. The installation for testing materials and elements of fuel cleaning means contains a closed pipeline loop, in which a fuel tank, a pre-filter, a pump, a dispenser of mechanical impurities are installed in series downstream, a chamber for placing tested materials and/or elements and a control unit, to the inputs of which a differential pressure sensor is connected at the inlet and outlet of a chamber for placing tested materials and/or elements, a fuel consumption meter, as well as a water meter connected to a closed pipeline loop, two a hydraulic valve, a spring-loaded ring located inside the chamber, connected by a spring to the inner side of the test chamber cover, in the form of a hollow transparent cylinder with a vertical cylindrical partition, while in the lower part of the wall of the test chamber and in the bottom, on the inner surface of which, along its entire height, there are guides equidistant from each other for interaction during sliding of the grooves of the cage to accommodate the tested flat sample of material, while the inner cavity is connected to the pipeline circuit, a differential pressure sensor is connected to the inlet and outlet of the outer cavity, a branch pipe in the lower part of the wall of this cavity is connected to the circulation circuit through a series-connected normally closed channel of the first hydraulic valve and a normally open channel of the second hydraulic valve, and a branch pipe in the bottom of the outer cavity of the test chamber is connected to the circulation circuit through a corresponding normally open channel of the second hydraulic valve and an additionally introduced flow sensor liquid through the outer cavity of the test chamber, while the differential pressure sensor in the outer cavity, the liquid flow sensor through the outer cavity and the drives of the first and second hydraulic valves are connected to the corresponding inputs of the control unit.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of tested filter elements and materials.
