FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: charge consists of a powerful explosive of high density, located along the length of the structure, and has an axial channel. Explosive decomposition of the charge is carried out by the electric detonator and the additional detonator in the mode of overpressed detonation. The axial channel of the charge in its cross-section has an axisymmetric ellipsoidal shape, at that the height of the axial channel is 1.3÷2 times greater than its width. Point initiation is carried out by the electric detonator in the centre of the additional detonator with the weight of 20÷161 g depending on the size of the charge. The shape of the additional detonator tracks the shape of the end of the charge, at that the charge is additionally provided with an insert of the explosive which is located in the opposite end of the charge from the additional detonator. The insert shape tracks the cross-section of the axial channel of the charge.
EFFECT: significant simplification of manufacturing technology of the charge, increase in overall characteristics which enable to use the charge in boreholes, wells and ammunition on the basis of high-power blasting explosive, increase in the degree of explosive fragmentation of the environment.
