FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used for monitoring processes in well. In particular, the method of downhole monitoring is proposed, containing: sampling an unmodified optical fibre disposed along a wellbore trajectory to obtain distributed acoustic measurements; simultaneously sampling data collected from plurality of adjacent fibre sections; and data processing for determination of one or several well shaft parameters. Wherein data processing includes detection of response to acoustic action, wherein the acoustic action excites acoustic vibrations at least at the well section, wherein the parameter is a profile of the state of at least the well section.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of obtaining information from well.
