FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring of producing oil and gas wells in real time. The method is proposed to monitor a well process, including stages, where: optic fibre located along the trajectory of the well shaft is periodically polled to produce distributed acoustic measurements; data samples collected from multiple longitudinal sections of the specified fibre are taken; and the specified data is processed for provision of real-time indication of acoustic signals, detected by at least one longitudinal sensitive section of the specified fibre, and polling parameters are regulated to vary the sections of the fibre, from which data samples are taken in response to detected acoustic signals. Also a system is disclosed with a software medium for realisation of the specified method.

EFFECT: technical result is provision of timely identification of any problems and control of parameters of well development process.
