Method of angiogenic imbalance correction in females with luteal phase deficiency of menstrual cycle with application of hirudotherapy, including preliminary diagnosis according to traditional Chinese medicine based on "Yin-yang" and "U-syn" theories, starting from 4th day after the end of menstruation for 7–10 days, leeches are put on acupuncture points, using points: bladder channel (V) 20–35, 53, 54; canal of spleen (RP) 12, 13, 16; stomach (E) channel 19, 20, 25–30; liver (F) channel 12–14; gallbladder channel (VB) 24–28; renal (R) 11–16, 20–21; posterior median channel (VG) 1–4, anterior median canal (VC) 1–8, session is performed until leeches are saturated.
EFFECT: method enables the correction of angiogenic imbalance in females with menstrual cycle LFD, which in turn promotes infertility treatment, as well as high effectiveness, no side effects and reduced drug load on the body in comparison with using gestagens.
