FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: self-test device includes frame (18), conveyor with baffle (2), horizontal conveyor (17), loading hopper (1), unloading hopper (5) and friction mechanism, where sleeve (8) and eccentric engine are installed. Eccentric engine is movably connected with scraper (6) by means of guide rod. Scraper is located on sleeve, and impact load sensor (7) is on scraper. On the guide rod the tension pressure sensor (12) is installed. Self-test device for central chute of scraper conveyor can simulate wear from impact load and friction between scraper and central chute of scraper conveyor and measure in real time force of impact, which is applied to scraper as materials arrive, as well as friction force between scraper and sleeve and coefficient friction.
EFFECT: device ensures multiple use of materials, withstands impact load from materials, is characterized by compactness and high level of automation.
