FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a detection method and an inbuilt device for determining the angle of rotation of a scraper conveyor scraper. This device consists of two pull-out detectors, two sensors of signal detection, remote data processing device; two pull-out detectors and two signal detectors are located at both ends of the scraper, respectively; sensors of signal detection detect displacement, which occurs during movement of pull-out detectors in real time mode, and corresponding signals are sent over wireless data transmission modules; modules for transmitting data over a wireless network and modules for receiving data over a wireless network are used for transmitting data, signals processing and displaying devices are used to determine scraper turning angle value in real time mode, simultaneous display and display of such turning angle value, comparing value of rotation angle measured in real time with preset safety threshold, as well as for supply of fault signal in case when value of turning angle exceeds preset safety threshold.

EFFECT: present invention has simple and reliable design, has low cost, is small in size, has high degree of adaptability and good utilization ratio, at that, the measurement method envisages using a small number of computational operations when performing the required calculations, is characterized by sufficient level of efficiency in real time, high level of accuracy, as well as wide applicability.
