SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of foamed plastic parts. Technical result is achieved by device (100) for making foamed plastic parts, in particular sealing rollers, which comprises mixing device (17), loading device (19) for gas, connected through first pipeline (18) to mixing device (17), supply device (21) for a liquid plastic component, connected through second pipeline (20) to mixing device (17), intermittently operating transfer device, source (37) for mixed with gas liquid component of plastic, wherein this source (37) is formed by pipeline, which leads from mixing device (17), and dosing device (39). At that, intermittently operating transmission device is made with possibility of intermittent supply of mixed with gas liquid plastic component through source (37) into dosing device (38). Between source (37) for mixed with gas liquid plastic component and dosing device (38) there is buffer (39) connected via inlet (41) to source (37) and through outlet (42) with dosing device (38) with variable buffer volume (40).

EFFECT: simplified design and elimination of undesirable change of pressure.
