FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and means of magnetic activation of liquid media and can be used in development and operation of fuel systems of internal combustion engines of vehicles and process vehicles, liquid jet engines, in heat engineering and power engineering, in oil, food industry, in medicine, biology, agriculture and other fields. Device comprises inner and outer cylindrical non-ferromagnetic cartridges, in which there are radially oriented holes with permanent cylindrical magnets located in them, the number of which in the inner and outer cassettes is equal. Spiral non-ferromagnetic section of the pipeline is arranged between the cassettes. Magnets are arranged so that the power lines of the magnets of the outer cartridge pass through the activated liquid moving in the pipeline and close to the opposite poles of the magnets of the inner cartridge. Variable magnetic field is created by changing polarity of magnets to opposite one through preset angular gaps – sectors. On each turn of pipeline spiral section moving flow of activated fluid is remagnetized a specified number of times. To create a magnetic field of variable frequency of remagnetisation, values of angles forming adjacent sectors and number of magnets in them can differ from each other.
EFFECT: high efficiency of magnetic treatment, versatility for processing of most liquid media, provision of constant characteristics of magnetic field on all separate sections of movement of liquid, compactness and modularity of design, independence of device associated with absence of external power sources.
