FIELD: magnetodynamic treatment of water and liquid solutions; applicable in construction, agriculture in plant irrigation and reduction of soil salinity, in public services for protection of equipment from formation of scale. SUBSTANCE: subjected to treatment is warter flow moving at velocity of, at least, 20 m/s and crossing four sections. At the 1st section magnetic field is homogeneous; at the 2nd section magnetic field intensity decreases in absolute value to zero; at the 3d section absolute value of magnetic field intensity increases; at the 4th section magnetic field is homogeneous. Directionof intensity vector at the 3d and 4th sections is opposite to that at the 1st and 2nd sections. Lengths of the 1st and 4th sections are equal to or larger that those of the 2nd and 3d sections. Combination of four sections may be repeated successively n times. Claimed method is economic and simple in application and efficiency of water activation and deionization. EFFECT: higher efficiency of water activation and deionization. 2 cl, 3 dwg
