FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to telemedicine. Disclosed is a method which is carried out using a telemedical system for remote health examination, including at least one user interface and a remote server connected to it through a computer network, having a three-level knowledge base on its information carrier. At that, the first level of the base is formed by a semantic network of logical circuits addressed to the user of questions about health disorders, the second level of the base is formed by a semantic network partitioned according to the number of classes of health disorders and conditions, each of the sectors of which is formed by logical circuits of questions addressed to the user about observed symptoms and manifestations of various nosological forms of the ICD related to the corresponding class of health disorders, and the third level of the base is formed by three lists, sectioned by the number of possible nosological forms of diseases, the first of which contains values of expert assessments of obligatory physiological parameters of an organism and laboratory indicators accompanying given nosological form of disease, second list contains values of expert estimates of confidence probability of said parameters and indicators, and the third one contains a list of questions addressed to the user on the values of said parameters and indicators and the user's available objective data on his physiological and laboratory health indicators. Communication link between the user interface and the telemedicine system server is established, the user registration procedure is performed, and then the patient is presented with a series of questions about his/her health problems from the first level of the knowledge base. Further, using the user's answers, one or more codes of the established ICD classes of diseases presumably present in the user are determined, and values of probabilities P1i of presence of said classes of diseases, detecting the maximum of them P1imax and corresponding to it code mark is accepted as designation of established class of user's disease. Thereafter, the corresponding sector is sampled with names of nosological forms of diseases related to the established class from the knowledge base of the second level, presenting said sector to a user in the form of a series of questions on observed symptoms and manifestations of the disease and, using the user's responses, determining the name and probability P2 of nosological form of the disease present in the patient. User is then presented with a list of alternative questions from the knowledge base on the ratio of objectively determined values of physiological and laboratory parameters of the user and their reference values from a group of indicators with a maximum obligation D0max for established nosological form of disease. Further, using user responses, calculate one or more confidence values P3i each of indicators of the specified group, maximum of them P3imax, followed by calculating the likelihood of the user having the established nosological form of the disease by formula.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced intellectual load on a user during interaction with a telemedical system.
