A computer system for supporting clinical decisions for implementing the method, a system for supporting clinical decision making, comprising: a first protocol model for a class of medical indications defined with respect to a first dictionary and a first semantics corresponding to the needs of a first group of users, which comprises consumers of health services; a second protocol model corresponding to a first protocol model for a class of medical indications defined with respect to a second dictionary and a second semantics corresponding to the needs of a second group of users, which comprises health workers, wherein the second user group has a role different from the first user group with respect to the clinical sequence of actions; a conformity model which determines a correspondence between a first protocol model and a second protocol model; an identification unit for identifying either a first protocol model or a second protocol model as a source model and identifying another protocol model as the target model; a protocol generator for generating a first presentation of a patient-specific clinical protocol in accordance with the source model based on information relating to a specific patient; protocol translator for transferring a first presentation of a patient-specific clinical protocol based on a dictionary and semantics, which are configured to comply with medical literacy of a first group of users, in a corresponding second presentation of a patient-specific clinical protocol based on vocabulary and semantics, which are configured to comply with medical literacy of a second group of users, in accordance with target model by means of matching model to match elements of first representation with corresponding elements of second representation. Also disclosed is a computer-readable medium, on which a computer program containing instructions is recorded, in order to provide a method of the processor system.
