FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: remote electronic testing of the patient is performed by th e patientindependently entering the "patient block" of the system. Adults perform testing independently, and parents perform it with children. The incidence rate is calculated for each patient. A database is created including a set of information from the patient's history, with a possibility for the physician to select the data and enter additional data using the "doctor's block" of the system associated with the "scientific experts block" and the "clinic block" respectively, having a possibility to enter data on new diagnostic/treatment technologies in the areas of clinic activities and with a possibility to enter data on clinics in accordance with the patient's pathology. In accordance with the leading pathology of the patient, the clinic direction is selected. The choice of clinics matches the selected techniques and doctors in possession of technologies, and when the data are retrieved, each leading pathology direction corresponds to certain technologies and doctors from various clinics worldwide, based on which recommendations are formed on the selection of country, clinic, treatment techniques, physician familiar with the technique, optimum cost of treatment with the possibility to tracking the effectiveness of treatment according to the results of electronic testing. A conclusion of calculation of the relative travel and treatment cost and a quantitative opinion on expenses minimization for insurance companies, state and the patient are obtained.
EFFECT: method allows to improve health indicators determined by the index of patient's incidence in dynamics and minimize medical errors due to the qualified choice of treatment techniques and doctors; reduction of treatment costs, quantitative calculation of price-lists for services.
