FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulse equipment. Univibrator contains current-limiting resistor, stabilitron, diode, reference resistor divider, integrating RC-circuit, differential cascade on transistors, emitters of which are connected through resistor to connection point of output of RC-circuit capacitor and first output of resistor divider, the second output of which is connected to output of resistor of RC-circuit, the other output of which is connected to capacitor of RC-circuit and base of first transistor of differential cascade. Base of the second transistor is connected to the midpoint of the resistor divider, and the collector is connected to the input of the transistor switch on the transistor of the other type of conductivity, the emitter of which is connected to the first pole of the power supply source, and the collector is the univibrator output. Diode cathode is connected to the univibrator output, and the anode – to the second output of the resistor divider, the first output of which is connected through the current-limiting resistor to the second pole of the power supply and is connected to the cathode of the stabilitron, the anode of which is connected to the second output of the resistor divider or to the first pole of the power supply source.

EFFECT: higher stability of generated pulse duration.
