SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used for treatment in reservoir bed at final stages of development of oil deposit, including with high degree of watering of formations. Method for stimulation of extraction of high-viscosity or residual oil at final stages of deposit development, including with high degree of water content of products of formations, including dosed supply of low-boiling paraffin hydrocarbon solvent C5–C9 in composition of steam-gas mixture with hydrocarbon gas propane in amount of 5–40 vol. %. of said solvent from available residual oil stock in radius of impact well zone, which provides, during settlement of system for 48 hours, flocculation and depositing high-polar part of asphaltene-resinous components in amount of not more than 10 wt. % of total amount of asphaltenes of oil and their adsorption on the surface of grains of rock in thickness of reservoir bed, and specified holding for not less than 48 hours.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in extraction of high-viscosity and residual oil.
