FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of developing deposits of high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen. Method involves pumping a heat carrier into the formation through a production well. Thereafter, catalyst is injected into the formation in amount of 0.1-10 wt. % for oil, the catalyst is a mixture of transition metal tallate and dispersion of alkali metal in inert organic liquid. Transition metal is selected from: Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Al. Alkali metal is selected from a group of Li, Na, K. Weight ratio of tallate : dispersion is equal to from 1:10 to 10:1. Then carbon dioxide is injected with possibility of providing chemical conversion of high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen, and partial utilization of carbon dioxide injected into the formation, and intensification of oil recovery. Then heat carrier is pumped. Heat carrier used is water vapour at temperature of 150-350 °C. Then high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen are extracted.
EFFECT: increasing oil recovery from deposits of hard-to-recover hydrocarbons, including high-viscosity oils and/or natural bitumen.
