FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention as a whole relates to the field of mining and can be used in the development of deposits of high-viscosity oils or bitumen using the technology of steam-heat treatment of wells. In the method for developing deposits of high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen, a coolant is injected into the formation through a vertical production well, which uses water vapor as a source; then, a working agent is injected through a vertical production well, including a composition of an alcohol-alkaline solution, which is a 1-20 wt. % solution of sodium hydroxide in ethyl alcohol, and a catalyst based on transition metal oxides, where metals are selected from the group: Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Si, Zn, Mo, where the composition of reagents is contained in a mass ratio of alcohol-alkaline solution: catalyst = 1:1; then, a coolant is pumped through a vertical producing well, as which water vapor is used, to push the working reagent deep into the reservoir with the possibility of providing chemical conversion of high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen and intensification of oil recovery; then, high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen are selected through eру vertical producing well.
EFFECT: increase in reservoir recovery, an irreversible effect of reducing the viscosity and density of produced viscous oils and natural bitumen, the possibility of improving the conditions of transportation and further processing of high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen.
