FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: in method of development of high-viscosity oil deposit and natural bitumen, horizontal producers and located below injection well, as well as vertical observation wells, which are drilled to the pressure horizontal well at equal distance from each other in an amount defined by the length of the injection horizontal well and / or formation coverage of the catalyst, which corresponds to the maximum possible coverage of the catalyst propagation zones in the formation during injection, or existing wells are used. Catalyst is injected through vertical observation wells for in-situ refinement of high-viscous oils and natural bitumen in formation conditions in an amount which enables to reduce heavy resin-asphaltene substances, viscosity and density of produced oil inside the formation. Catalyst injection is carried out in three possible versions: after complete production of productive formation by steam-gravity drainage, without waiting for complete production of productive formation by steam-gravity drainage simultaneously with pumping of heat carrier into paired horizontal production well and higher-pressure well located, without waiting for full production of productive formation by steam-gravity drainage after heating of productive formation and creation of steam chamber, when heat carrier pumping to horizontal production well is stopped and steam is supplied only to horizontal injection well. Superheated steam is used as heat carrier.

EFFECT: increasing oil recovery, increasing coverage of the formation by thermal action, providing continuous geophysical studies with possibility of real-time monitoring of distribution of heat carrier in the formation, improved chemical composition of oil, reduced viscosity, density, steam-and-oil factor of oil, reduced content of sulfur with simultaneous saving of operating costs.
