FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to arc welding method in shielding gas medium with welding wire supply and welding device for its implementation (embodiments), method of arc welding in shielding gas using consumable electrode and method of arc welding in shielding gas using self-shielding welding wire. Welding device includes welding torch (10), which welds processed part (w) using wire (1), suction device (30), which sucks shielding gas, and channel (60) for supply of sucked shielding gas, which provides for flow of sucked shielding gas. Welding torch (10) has contact nozzle (14), which directs wire (1), supplying shielding gas nozzle (11), which supplies shielding gas to welding zone, and suction nozzle (12), which surrounds periphery (3) of wire (1) protruding from contact tip (14), and is open towards the end of wire (1) for suction of shielding gas.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the amount of hydrogen capable of diffusion in weld metal.
